Robert is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and attended the University of Mississippi. Shortly after graduating with a BS in Civil Engineering, Robert began work at Dale & Associates. In his past 6 years at D&A he has gained experience working on commercial and residential projects within the Nashville area. In February of 2023 Robert earned his professional engineering license.

Robert resides in East Nashville with his wife Stephanie and Australian shepherd Riley. On the weekends Robert can be found chasing trout and bass on local rivers, dinking away on the pickleball courts or supporting local sports teams.
