Michael has over 13 of experience working on both public and private projects in the Nashville area, as well as Memphis and North/Central Mississippi. Michael graduated from Mississippi State University, Magna Cum Laude in 2001 and is experienced in residential subdivision design; infill, multi-family and mixed use design; commercial and industrial site plans; and public road and infrastructure improvements. Managed and designed over 500 projects consisting of land planning/zoning and civil design. Design experience covers code compliance, utility design, stormwater and grading, flood studies, as well as road and traffic signal design.

Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Jenny, and his two daughters Gigi and Tatum. He is a member of Long Hollow Baptist Church and an avid follower of Tennessee football and the St. Louis Cardinals.

Hunter was born and raised in Nashville and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in 2011. Raised in the Engineering and Development field, Hunter’s brief experience after college has progressed far beyond his piers from Tennessee Tech. In a very short period of time, Hunter has been the lead designer on various land development projects from small commercial sites to large subdivisions, including The Grove, an 820 lot residential development with the anchor amenity of an 18 hole, Greg Norman designed golf course in Williamson County, Tennessee.

Hunter is an active member of South City Church; he is an alumni member Kappa Sigma; and he remains actively involved as an alumni member of the student ministry organization Campus Outreach.

Adam has over 20 years of experience in the construction and land development field.  A native of Indiana and a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Adam worked several years in Memphis before moving to Nashville in the beginning of 2008 where he has been with Dale & Associates since.  He has managed and designed on hundreds of projects including residential developments, commercial centers, industrial parks, golf courses, and churches.  From small in-fill projects to large mixed-use developments, Adam is proficient in the preliminary & rezoning process to the detailed design including site layout, storm water management, utility design, hydraulic flood analysis, and environmental protection/enhancement.  Adam is an active member of Christ Community Church in Franklin, an outdoor enthusiast, a Cardinal’s baseball fan, and a good eater.  He resides in Franklin with his wife and three children.

Montgomery has been working at Dale and Associates since graduating from the University of Mississippi in December of 2017. Since working at Dale and Associates, he has worked on a wide variety of Land Development projects as a project designer for both Commercial and Residential developments. These have ranged from small in-fill type projects, large mixed-use developments, to multi phased subdivisions.

Montgomery is proficient in the rezoning process and detailed design including site layout, storm water management, utility design, and erosion control. Before his time at Dale and Associates he spent his summer breaks working for a grading contractor which has helped him understand how projects are built and has benefited him in the design process. Montgomery currently resides in Old Hickory, is an avid outdoorsman, and Ole Miss sports fan.

Eddie has over 40 years of experience in land surveying. He began his career back when most field measurements were made using transits and steel tapes, and plats, maps, and legal descriptions were completed on drafting tables and manual typewriters. Over the years he has remained committed to his profession and vigilant toward learning and growing with the latest technology. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience using traditional surveying methods, GPS/GNSS, and the latest UAV and LiDAR (3D modeling) technologies to produce ALTA/NSPS, As-Built, Boundary, Subdivision, and Topographic surveys. Eddie is both a Registered Land Surveyor and a Certified Floodplain Surveyor. He earned an A.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Chattanooga State Technical Community College in 1986. He lives in Thompson Station with his wife LaBreeska, and they are both active members of the Old New Hope Baptist Church in Fairview.

With over 15 years of experience in professional office, executive assistant and Human Resources positions, Tanika skillfully manages administrative and accounting duties and client relations for Dale and Associates. She ensures the smooth operation of the firm with her robust knowledge of office management and efficient handling of client inquiries, consultations, and daily operations. She is a native of the Nashville area, married for 13 yrs. and has 3 amazing kids. Tanika has worked in the local non-profit world and volunteered for several years which has given her a deep appreciation for how non-profit programs improve quality of life for the people and regions they serve.

Roy has over 30 years of experience in planning, zoning, land development, and construction management. A graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Roy worked for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville for 4 years with the Department of Public Works and with the Metropolitan Planning Commission. Roy is experienced in all aspects of Civil Engineering and has used his expertise by serving two 4 years terms in the Metropolitan City Council, one term as a Commissioner with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, and currently serves as the Chairman of the Metro Nashville Stormwater Management Committee. Roy is an expert on Land Use and Zoning in Middle Tennessee and has successfully represented thousands if projects over a 30 year span.

Roy, and his wife Lisa, founded an environmental non profit, EarthCredits, and have seven children.
