Nashville, TN. Situated on a hillside near Bellevue, we successfully rezoned the property to allow for approximately 350 multi-family units in a challenging topographical site. Coordinating with TDOT, Metro, and TDEC, the site was carefully planned and engineered to economically tier the development along the hillside, while preserving much of the natural resources in the way of a stream on one side, and a conserved hillside on the other.
